Any charge backs on products that were ordered will be contested. Sorry for any inconvenience but people have completely abused the refund system. We do not offer money back on any info products including CD, DVD or any other non-consumable product, unless it is defective. In that case, any defective CD, DVD and or books will be promptly replaced after defective merchandise has been returned. Please review our disclaimer for international orders.
Refund Policy on Subscribe and Save
You may cancel your Subscribe and Save at any time, however, to receive a refund you must cancel 72 hours before shipment date. This must be done via email to email@example.com. Please note that a phone call to customer service is not sufficient for a refund. This process must be conducted via email so that there is printable documentation. Once again, any form of documentation of cancellation must arrive 72 hours prior to shipment date. Also note, any Subscribe and Save returns without documentation of this nature are not eligible for a refund. If we receive them, we will contact you via email regarding our return policy. If you’d like, we will reship to you, but we are unable to provide a refund. We suggest you simply keep the shipment and cancel future Subscribe and Save orders.
