What is more important than money?

Money in a briefcase

In a world where money makes the world go 'round, it's easy to forget the whole reason why we want to have it. Sure, money takes care of our basic needs, allows for us to own nice things, have fun experiences, make long term investments and provide for our children, however money could not be earned, or enjoyed without our health.

Plain and simple, we must have vitality and energy in order to enjoy life. Energy is the single most valuable currency that exists, for it makes up everything.

In my professional practice as a lifestyle alchemist and holistic nutrition practitioner, I specialize in optimization of health, happiness and freedom. More than just treatment of symptoms, weight loss or muscle gains, I focus on engineering humans that have exceptional levels of energy, vitality, mental clarity, emotional well-being and lifestyle bliss.

It all starts and ends with energy.

When broken down to the microscopic cellular level, every single cell in the body is made up of atoms, which are made up of pure energy. Without energy, nothing in the Universe would exist, for existence itself is simply energy.

Each and every client that I see is guided through a foundational program of energy production and regulation. When most humans are stressed, anxious, depressed, adrenally fatigued or plain burnt out, it is imperative to get them started by improving the way they produce and manage their energy stores.

How is energy created in the body?

There are three different systems by which the body generates energy or adenosine triphosphate (ATP):

ATP-PC, anaerobic glycolysis, and aerobic phosphorylation.

Without getting into the scientific details, it is simply important to note that the energy we feel is due to our body being able to properly produce and regulate ATP.

Increasing energy, reducing fatigue, increasing brain function and boosting the metabolism through energy optimization

When clients come to me with symptoms of reduced ATP function such as: low levels of energy, dependance on coffee or stimulants, 3pm crashes, sugar cravings, mood swings, brain fog or weight gain there are three things I do immediately:

  1. Remove inflammatory foods such as white sugar, wheat and fried foods while increasing whole foods such as fruits, vegetables, healthy fats and wild meats.
  2. Replace coffee with green tea, citrus water or kombucha.
  3. Introduce energy optimizing supplements such as CoQ10.

Dr. Dave's Best CoQ10

CoQ10 is what ignites the body's engine, by jump starting the energy production within all cells. The body is then able to utilize that energy to fuel each and every vital biological process. As CoQ10 is directly implicated in energy metabolism, it is a critical component of the mitochondrial respiration which directly impacts cellular respiration, which is responsible for the body's ability to use oxygen properly, maintain energy levels and retain stamina.

What does having better ATP production and regulation mean for you?

For my clients, energy optimization means everything from losing over 100 pounds, to being able to run a race, to regaining sexual function, to boosting productivity and reconnecting with a lust for life.

No matter what you dream, desire or seek to achieve for your life, you require the energy to do so. Proper lifestyle and nutrition is key! Take the first step towards energy optimization now. If you could benefit from more energy and vitality, try Dr. Dave's Best CoQ10 now.
